Sunshine Skyway, St. Petersburg, Florida, looking north toward Maximo Point Highest of five bridges in the Skyway, this is longest continuous over-water bridge in the world, and offers a bird's eye view of Florida Sun Coast and the Gulf of Mexico from its 55-foot highway. At either end of this bridge three wide cause ways and tow smaller bridges are equipped with a facilities for fishing, bathing and picnicking. Travelers may make the round trip between tollhouses and spend the day on the Skyway for a one-way toll of $1.75.
