Description:
The original State Capitol at Boise was built in 1885. In 1905 the Capitol building was authorized for legislative, executive, and judicial purposes at a cost of one million dollars. Building continued from 1906-1912. The east and west wings were erected 1919-1920, at a cost if $2,290,000.
