Description:
C.E. Holmgren, Architect. A remarkable heating success. This large church in the cold north country contains twenty rooms on the basement floor, six rooms on the main floor, and two four room apartments on the third floor - 34 rooms total. The Rev. F. W. Hill, who favored steam, wrote us a letter in January, the second winter, containing the following, "The heater does many things in a perfectly marvelous manner. It has so many good qualities our committee will accept it." In 1940 after 12 years the Rev. Hill was influential in our selling the Lutheran Church at Breckenridge.
