This brick building has been erected by the State of Tennessee to protect and preserve the old tailor shop of Andrew Johnson. The identical building in which he worked at his trade as a tailor is inside. Andrew Johnson was the 17th President of the U.S.A. and it was in Greenville that he spent his last days. His burial plot is here in the Andrew Johnson National Cemetery
