Samoyed. These hardy dogs come from the ice-bound Tundra country of Siberia and were named fro the nomadic tribe that inhabits the region. For several centuries it has been used to herd reindeer and to defend its master's household. These beauties are owned by Mrs. Pivirotto of North Dorset, Vermont.
